Scope of services
Services, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written proposal or service agreement. Package descriptions on this site are indicative and may be tailored per engagement.
Fees and billing
Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance unless otherwise agreed. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform and is separate from management fees.
No performance guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, engagement rate, enquiries, bookings or revenue. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including pricing, availability, reviews, seasonality and market conditions.
Client responsibilities
Timely access to property information, assets, approvals and platform permissions is required for us to deliver on schedule. Delays in these may affect publishing timelines.
Intellectual property
On full payment for the relevant period, you receive rights to use the deliverables produced for your property. We retain the right to reference non-confidential work in our marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
Termination
Either party may end a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work in progress up to the end of the notice period remains payable.
